How can I pay?
All payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal protects you as the buyer and us as the seller. Please contact us for more payment options.

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, at an additonal cost. Please send us an email if you need international shipping.
What type of sizing do you use on your site?
All bundles are 3.3-3.5 ounces in weight (weighed from weft to end of hair).
All closures are 3.5x4".

What is your return policy?
As of July 2014 we have a NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE policy! If there is a problem with your order please contact us to discuss options.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing your order. After orders have processed we do not allow orders to be cancelled or changed.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships tracking numbers are updated to the Paypal account your order was placed with. We ask for 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping.
Can I buy a gift card?
At this time we do not allow gift cards, however, feel free to make a purchase and we can have it sent on your behalf. =)

How long will it take until I receive my order?
General order processing and shipping takes 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. This does not include holidays (state and national) or weekends.
